Mission
Our Purpose
Wauconda Summit Ministries exists to gather the saints with one central purpose - to lift up and pursue the person of Jesus Christ (Hebrews 10:25). We come together out of the deep hunger to know Him more (Philippians 3:10), to worship Him in Spirit and in Truth (John 4:24), and to draw near to His heart (James 4:8).
In a world full of distractions, we commit to fixing our eyes on Jesus, the Author and Perfecter of our faith (Hebrews 12:2). We seek to live lives surrendered to Him - returning to our first love, growing daily in our relationship with Him, and expressing our devotion through joyful obedience (Romans 12:1, 2 Corinthians 5:15).
As disciples of Christ, we proclaim the gospel boldly and lovingly, sharing the good news of Jesus with others so they too may know His saving grace (Romans 1:16, Matthew 28:18-20).
Rooted in Christ's compassion and strengthened by the hope we profess, we embrace His call to serve "the least of these" (Matthew 25:24-40). Holding fast to Hebrews 10:23-25, we gather in unity to encourage, equip, and spur one another on toward love and good deeds as we await His return.

To see hearts awakened to first love for Jesus, lives transformed by His presence, and believers strengthened and mobilized to share the gospel boldly. We envision a people surrendered to Christ, growing in maturity, serving the broken with compassion, encouraging one another in faith, and shining His light so the world may know Him
